Fabrication
Our five manufacturing facilities produce all steel components and containers with utmost precision, ensuring extremely fast and efficient assembly on-site. The high quality of our products is continuously validated through regular inspections and certifications.
Equipped with six plasma cutters (up to 100mm steel thickness) and two laser cutters (up to 25mm), we precisely manufacture the required cut parts. An advanced coding system facilitates the allocation to projects and work orders, as well as documentation and traceability.
For further processing of steel and stainless steel, we have CNC bending machines, rolling mills, and turning, milling, and drilling machines available. We employ various welding techniques, including 111 (stick welding), 121 (submerged arc welding), 135/136 (MIG/MAG welding), and 141 (TIG welding), to accommodate diverse joining needs.
In surface treatment, alongside our partners, we offer various painting techniques as well as electroplating and hot-dip galvanizing (according to DIN 1461). Powder coating is also available, providing additional protection and aesthetic options.
