Pre-Assembled Chemical Skids for Thailand Facility
Introduction: This modular chemical industrial construction project in Thailand showcased our expertise in steel construction and modular plant design. The entire facility was designed so that all components (skids) were pre-assembled before shipment.
Challenges: Due to the complex piping systems and the need to integrate special equipment from Germany and Italy, extremely precise planning was required. Logistics also proved demanding since all plant sections were tested in Cairo and then shipped to Thailand.
Solution: Through comprehensive 3D planning and extensive preproduction, we were able to significantly shorten on-site installation time. All skids were assembled and function-tested at our production site, leaving only final assembly and commissioning to be done in Thailand.
Result: The client benefited from a smooth installation process and rapid commissioning of their chemical industrial complex. Thanks to the modular approach, on-site production time was minimized, saving costs and greatly reducing the overall project schedule.
