Chemical Recycling with Rooftop Duct System
Introduction: In Egypt’s 6th of October region, we constructed a chemical recycling plant using a modular design. The facility uses advanced distillation and treatment processes, imposing high demands on pipeline planning.
Challenges: In addition to the large amount of piping (including stainless steel lines), the available space on the plant site was very limited. Furthermore, installing 300 meters of ducts on the roof required precise structural calculations to handle the loads safely.
Solution: We prefabricated all modules in Cairo, integrating the necessary tanks, piping, and steel components. The modules were then quickly assembled on site, minimizing the installation phase at the plant.
Result: The recycling plant was commissioned on schedule and meets top quality and environmental standards. Its modular design also allows for easy expansion and streamlined maintenance, providing the operator with long-term flexibility.
