Modular Industrial Facility in the Brazilian Rainforest
Introduction: In the Brazilian rainforest, we built a modular industrial facility for processing agricultural products. This project combines steel construction elements with extensive piping systems to ensure efficient production even under challenging climatic conditions.
Challenges: Assembly took place during the rainy season, making access roads frequently impassable and requiring constant work under adverse weather conditions. The tropical climate also demanded high standards of corrosion protection and insulation.
Solution: We employed robust steel components and stainless steel pipelines specifically designed to withstand heat and humidity. Part of the facility was prefabricated and test-run in Cairo to minimize on-site assembly time in the rainforest.
Result: Despite logistical and climatic obstacles, the plant was successfully installed on schedule. The client benefits from a durable, weather-resistant structure and an efficient process infrastructure adapted to tropical conditions.
